Yes you can use the supplied lube or engine oil, either will suffice. That lube is also great for installing fuel injectors or any other orings really. I saw a bucket of those little lube tubes on amazon for like $100 so I figured it was great to include with some products that use orings like this. Some people had accidentally torn their orings when installing these so I wanted to add that lube and I also made the oring chamfer 2 stages on the billet part to make it harder to tear it.
