Thanks for the responses.

I'm rather proud of my Googlefoo but can't seem to find any info on court cases that have established precedence in the matter. Since States are still passing gun laws, I'm assuming there's a judicial opinion somewhere saying it's not unconstitutional. Or have State gun laws, in general, never been contested? Can anybody provide some links. Hints on what to search for would help.
