On hold with DirecTV while they try to keep me as a customer. Offered me $45 off my bill for 12 months. I told them that just pissed me off even more that they are overcharging me so much if they can offer that much of a price reduction and that they never offered me anything like that before when my service was out for over 3 weeks.
I told them they are going to have to refund me at least 2 months of payments, upgrade all of my equipment to 4K, and give me NFL Sunday Ticket all without going under contract. I knew there was no chance. She couldn't do anything other than the previously offered discount. Bye Felicia
