That does include labor and machine shop bill. IF you buy a Bryant racing crank, etc that is extra. If you pop the motor, you are looking at that and around 1 1/2 yr. wait to get it back on the road. So, a Billet block will actually pay for itself if we can get one built properly and it can take the abuse. Just food for thought.
