I popped out the circuit board to compare. They both look the same (one is a darker green than the other) and have the same part numbers with differing revisions:
- Original fob (that works) is A2C53297341-01 made by SIEMENS.
- New fob (that wont program) is A2C53297341-03 made by CONTINENTAL.
The locksmith pulled up some info for 2009 keys and 2010 keys, but both referenced the same Nissan part number (NIS-285E3-1ET5A). However, the 2009 information doesnt mention the KR55WK49622 FCC ID, but the 2010 info does.
Very confusing.... Any ideas?
