Dears

I have a problem with my 370z car , and I hope that I can find the perfect solution for it in here,

my problem is the car barely raises RPM after several minutes of starting the engine, I tried to figure out with no luck until now.
once I restart the engine, it comes back natural then after several minutes again the RPM barely raises with full throttle down

I tried many solutions that I've seen in forums such as reset battery and ECU but no luck

note that, my car set with GTM turbo kits build with stock engine

does any body have this issue before ?, I hope that I can find a permanent solution
