They’re not bad; if you getting the one like I got

They’ll drill a hole down into the bone, rune a tap down it & then thread the titanium lower portion into the bone

It will have a screw on the top with a T-6 torx head

He may leave it above or below the skin until it heals up

After that, they’ll remove the screw & set your new tooth on top, thread the screw in to about 2.5”# (30 Newton cm) & put a small filler over the screw to prevent it backing out

That’s all there is to it
