Went to the cafe to gets some grub. Chef pulled me aside and said to go look in the walk in cooler. A giant prime rib roast was chilling there. He said hes gonna cut it in thirds for us and should be ready around 2 am.

Time for me to go grocery shopping. Im thinkin grilled asparagus, sauteed mushrooms and onions.
