the cats are the biggest power restrictor that can be addressed with bolt ons
this really isn't new ground
if emissions are not a factor, a full long tube header that eliminates the cat + exhaust + long tube intakes are the best you can do
a less invasive alternatives is stock header but test pipes (plenty of choices) and exhaust
and an even less aggressive option is a resonated High flow cat like Fast Intentions + exhaust
the exhaust is primarily for sound
how you deal with the cat affects power more
and then there's a variety of cold air intake choices
there's nothing stock, nismo or not, that you're going to be keeping, the bolt on level replaces all that crap

is turbo is in your future, don't waste money on headers that will be replaced anyways with a turbo manifold
