I drink more water than soda (I might have 1 soda a month), spend 2-3 hours in the dojo per week and try to walk a little every day. I used to have pizza multiple times a week, now i'm down to once a month.
I still enjoy my Jameson's and an occasional cigar, so I haven't gone completely off the 'health food deep end'....

I have to eat at least 3,500 cals a day to maintain my weight. I walk that much at work.
