If you like to drive it hard on occasion, I recommend changing out the diff fluid at this time - it's super easy.

AT transmision fluid isn't that difficult but it has specific steps that incompetent shops can easily screw up (dealers included). For normal street driving it should be fine for 100K miles. For harder street driving I might go 50-60K mile interval. For track use, it may need it much more frequently depending on your driving style.

Coolant is probably fine. The fluid is rated for 100K miles and I'm sure many street cars have run it longer. Consider shorter intervals per driving style similar to the AT fluid.

Power steering fluid is probably fine. Just keep an eye on the color (usually red) and change it if it starts to get dark/dirty. Easiest way to change it is the "ranger method".

Brake fluid should be changed more frequently. Keep an eye on the reservoir under the hood and change it when the yellow/amber color starts to darken or you see dirt in the reservoir. I flush mine at least once a year if not more frequently.
