When it is 10 minutes from the end of my shift, I always get flooded with calls. Dumb dayshifters that want to get to work. Anyway, I usually have them logoff their vmware view session (think PC reboot) and then make 'em wait before logging back in. The amount of time I tell them to wait directly corresponds to the end of my shift when the calls go to someone else.
If the reboot doesnt fix the problem, it will be someone else that gets the angry second call.
