It's complicated, but basically structural policy/procedure changes moved most of our work to Sri Lanka. Which, frankly, was the right business move. Whether or not our Federal overlords concur remains to be seen. I'm not a regulator; can not and will not speak for them.
I can and will say that going from 40+ hours OT/week to zero sucks. It's like, well, now I have all this time to mod the Z, but no $ to mod with.
Still planning on going FI within the next 18 months tho.

When I worked for Elliott. It was feast or famine. 12 hr days, 7 days a week for months, or 40 hrs a week with no OT with a chance of getting laid off. You learn to live with the 40 hr pay and used the OT when you got it to help pay down your bills.
