The trim on the roof is messed up on both the driver side and passenger side.
Driver side - the rubber piece on the roof that presses on the body of the car to prevent any water from coming in is now being pushed out - probably due to the 100lb of pressure the new bungee is exerting..
Passenger side - the rubber piece on the roof that presses on the body of car is all wrinkled. Will probably let some water in if rains hard. Also at the top, the roof piece is protruding.
Rear - noticed the rear is not pressing down as hard on the lid, there is now a gap. Some water may possibly get in…..

Did the dealership who installed the new bungie cords not know what they were doing, or is this how the "fix" is supposed to be? If this is the only option we have, Ill pass and just put up with nudging the top forward as the lid opens rather than risk any leaks and the eye sore of a bad fit. Comon Nissan!!!
