I’m up, I’m up... big day here at Bacon Central.
The people from CO that are buying this house are arriving at 8am to unload two trucks and trailers into the basement.
This house has a 2500 sq ft finished lower level that we completely cleaned out already. I told the new buyers that they could bring whatever they needed to and move it in before the closing on 9/3. So today is their second 3100 mile round trip with stuff. Last trip they brought a camper and a Bass boat and left them in the front yard.
We are being pretty flexible with them. ...Of course, “make it happen” is still my main focus and I don’t think they are backing out now...
