Your Cobb AP is returning an error before it accesses the ECU? Do you have to have a Cobb AP to access their forums. It was like that with the Apexi Power FC.
I got my ap from akuma motorsports they took a copy of the data on the ecu and sent it to cobb will call them tomorrow to see whats going on
