Justification for this was that within the 4 months since I started, I have since broken the record for most amounta of calls taken and issues resolved with the lowest turnaround times. 4 months and I was beating the 7 other techs who have been doing this a lot longer. The sys admin I'm training with is extatic to finally have someone competent enough to learn and be willing to work.
