Update:
Took the bleeder out-nothing. Just stuck a pin in hole where bleeder came out and all the goo started to drip-dark gray, almost black, gradually getting cleaner. I let it gravity bleed for about 5 minutes, then I screwed back the bleeder and hooked up Mityvac vacuum pump(8500 model) and let it drain overflow tank about 3 times. No, it does not have enough pressure to damage the seals, but does great job evacuating the old fluid out. I do not think that fittings can properly seal the system to get the air out, if any-that was not my issue.
Tightened bleeder up, started the car-all gears worked fine. So Mityvac as one person fluid replacement device works.
For a little piece of mind I did clutch pump routine couple of times-all clean liquid coming out, all gears work fine.
Thank you all for help
Alex
