The 86 is equally analog as the Z as is the M2 if you're talking about feel? In a Z M2 and 86 you get handbrakes. You get a handbrake so you can old school drift.
Corvette and Camaro feel analog when you are in sport, track or competitive mode. You can actually shut the traction control all the way off as well making the whole drive super analog.
The Mercedes amg gts has hydraulic steering which gives it an analog feel and is on the top list of drivers cars as does the lotus evora which is another car you can shut traction control all the way off and has hydraulic steering.
Subaru wrx sti still is a very visceral and analog car. Probably moreso than the Z in certain aspects.
I don't miss my wrx, but it just had a tin can on wheels feel, but you are right, going 80mph in the wrx vs. the Z is a completely different experience.
