Thanks for the replies, agreed, don't think its worth the effort, especially since the 370 is so nicely balanced anyway.
Back in ye old days, American muscle car guys used to do this, mainly to get more weight on the rear for drag run traction.
I don't think having a battery inside is a problem, just a gnats fart worth of hydrogen might come out of them during a big recharge. The cars' vents draw air out the back anyway. I believe some oddball sports cars came with batts inside anyway, like the Opel GT & MGB (?)
Interesting HEK mentions his Civic Si, I've got an RSX (kinda the same thing) and I thought of doing a batt relocate on it but haven't yet. Now those are real front heavy, like ~65%ish on the front
