*shakes head* That's something I honestly do not see the point in. I get the idea is to make employees more aware that we have a QMS, and that we measure things like on-time delivery and conforming product, but the vast majority are there because they have a limited number of skills, need a paycheck, and have no interest beyond that.

When I worked at Garmin, we had auditors come in and ask those questions. We were taught to say "yes, we have a quality system". When the auditor asked specifics, we took them to where the manual was and showed them the answer. Sometimes, knowing where to find the information is more important than memorizing something incorrectly.
