Hello everyone.
I will try to keep this as straight forward as possible.
I have a 2014 370z NISMO M\T that I got used just over a year ago with 40k miles. The car is in a good condition, and has always been running fine. I have test pipes, so CEL is always on with 2 faults relating to Catalytic converters efficiency (P0420 and P0430). I also have K&N cold air intakes.
A couple of months back, I was driving normally, when I got a sudden loss of power. I stopped the engine, and started it again, and BOOM, problem solved. Well not for long
I plugged in an OBDII scanner, and it showed P010B; Bank 2 MAF sensor. I replaced that, but had the same issue. Then I swapped B1 and B2 MAF sensors, but to no avail.
I decided to do my HW, and after confirming that I have no vacuum leaks, I came to the conclusion that the throttle body needs to be cleaned. So I cleaned those, did the relearn procedure, got the K&N service kit and used it. The car was fine for 2 weeks.
Finally the issue now is, P010B and P010C. The car drives fine for 3-5 minutes, RPM drops for half a second, then raises to 1300 - 1400, car shakes a bit, and throws me in limp mode.
This morning, I was driving around (in limp mode ofc) for 30 minutes. Then I parked for a couple of hours. When I was heading home, the car was not yet in limp mode, so I decided to floor it. In fourth gear, at around 5000-6000 RPM, i noticed the exhaust was popping, which maybe could mean im running rich?
I am really frustrated, I have managed to turn the love I had for the car for absolute disgust.
Help please (:
EDIT: Cleaned the MAF connectors and checked the wiring.
