My fiancee has had one knee done and will have the other one done sometime this winter. Outside of odd feelings when the weather changes, the new knee works well and doesn't give her any pain. She was up and walking on it the same day after surgery. I hear from several people that have had knees/hips done and the difference in pain level is night and day. I'm still using my OEM knees, (fingers crossed) and I hope to for many years to come.
