Accurate. Summer projects so far:
-Finish recording album.
-Rebuild 2 stone walls.
-Finish drywall and tile exiting onto new deck, which means getting my wife to commit to a type of tile...
-Finish closet in downstairs bathroom.
-Clear out stable of 30+ years of debris and junk thrown there by previous owners (made a good start on this - it's now in a big pile instead of spread out, and all the cinder blocks are removed).
-Remove parts of stable walls, use concrete pad as patio foundation for firepit. Add pergola roof.
-Pour new pad in yard. Move shed onto pad (will need to hire someone to move it).
-Remove old patio under shed. Prep for garden next year.
-Remove 2 more dead trees. Finish carrying debris from about 6 others down my hill.
-Turbo car.
That's a goodly list, I think...
