Hi everyone, hope you're doing well

I've been reading this forum for a couple of years and there are some truly intelligent and amazing individuals that congregate here, a plethora of useful and technical information

A little about me, I'm living in Florida now but I'm originally from rural south Georgia and was always a truck and jeep guy when I was younger. You could say I got in to cars later than most. Bought a g35 and enjoyed it but felt something was seriously lacking, sold it and got a 2014 touring sport that was intended to be my work commute. Immediately fell in love and discovered a new passion and hobby. Absolutely love this machine. I almost drive it as much as I clean it. ha

I"ll go ahead and say it, it's an automatic. Grew up driving manuals and it's a sports car, should be a manual, blah blah blah. Here's how it went down. Test drove several Nismo and sport manuals and did not like the feel on the Japanese machine. Doesn't feel correct to me. Drove the automatic and it was surprisingly engaging and even with my intentions to track it , I'm good with the paddle shifters. This is my commuter car remember, ha. Oh yeah, there's the fact that my wife is several tiers out of my league and she pretty much insisted she was not driving a manual and she wanted to drive the 370 as well. So it's an automatic!

So about this new hobby, reading manuals, reading forums, trying to learn everything I can about this vehicle. I'm truly enjoying it. Might I say it's almost like having a second wife though as it's going to bankrupt me. I've had the vehicle 4 months tops and this is what I've completed so far.

Had the front bumper repainted because the first thing I did was scratch it all up on a parking bumper...yay me

installed: fastintentions exhaust 18res, art pipes, rear stillen spoiler (need to paint silver) custom front wind splitter, new rear fujimura diffuser, swift springs, new titanium camber arms, new brakes, new front 2 piece rotors, new rear slotted rotors, new light weight racing battery, new 18 inch ssr gtx03 wheels with contact extreme tires, had my 19 inch rays powder coated, and new ssr valve caps (the oil guys always lose my caps ), r2c black hex drop ins

purchased: new lph340 stealth fuel pump with extras from Charles at cmj (very nice and responsive), bosch 1050 injectors, fast intentions tow bar
….oh and also TopGunz air to air stillen supercharger kit that as of this week is sitting in it's entirety in my office waiting to be installed.

next to buy: transmission cooler

By the way, this is a notice, anyone in the tampa bay or north florida area that is interested in making some realy good cash and has installed a kit like this before. Hit me up and I'll give you my number. I'm looking for someone to supervise and assist me and my buddy on this supercharger project, food and beverage will be provided as well, I've got a large garage and a ton of tools. I'd like to get this done in a full weekend and get it out of the way. Aaron (awesome guy by the way) wants me to get it remotely tuned with Sebastian upon completion.

So anyway, that about brings my story up to date. I really look forward to participating with everyone on here, hope everyone has a great week.

Here are a few pics, the only ones I have at the moment of Ophelia.
