I thought something was wrong with car, even saying that to the salesman (though he should have known what it was).
So I laughed when I found out about it. That said, it's one of the things I like about my base model. It doesn't have it. Manually matching engine speed to vehicle speed is one of the charms of a manual transmission. It seems to me that if I wanted or needed rev match, I would just by one with an automatic transmission.

I have never owned an automatic car yet my UK Base model MT has SynchroRev as standard. I didn't ask for it or specify it but I find it great just because its there and cost me nothing extra.
