She apparently had had a seizure and was released to her husband who showed up a half-hour later. Cops were totally unconcerned about her continuing to drive subsequently. I sometimes wonder how often I have passed her on the road since then  |
I had a professor in college that had that condition where he would doze off occasionally for up to ten seconds at a time, then wake up as if nothing happened. He would be in front of the class writing on the chalk board, stop, his head would droop down to his chest, then wake up and continue to write on the board, and giving his lecture.
I saw him driving around a few times.
