So what did I do to my 2019 Z today ? Received Sprint booster. Installed it and I have to say it did not take 15 minutes. More like an hour. That being said the hardest part was disconnecting the plug from the back of the throttle pedal. I was afraid I was going to break it. So went on line watched several videos but none were really for the Z car. I gave it one more shot and I guess I found the release area on the plug and it came right off. Plugged in the unit, screwed the pedal back down, ran the wire and tucked it under different panels. You cant see the wire at all that goes to the control switch if you take your time. Also made sure the actual Booster at the pedal was not being crimped or would interfere with throttle. Took it out for a ride and what a difference. Throttle response is incredible !!! If you own a late model Z with Exedy clutch you know the 1st to 2nd gear shift on a manual trans is difficult to get smooth. Seems no matter what setting you put the unit on it makes the 1 - 2 shift very clean and downshifts are cleaner also. So far I like the green 8 setting but did use the red 9 for a blast. It was quite potent ... Will drive around for a while and see where the setting needs to be for daily driving. I know there are many pros and cons on this unit but for me I think it really helps the responsiveness of the car and I believe it could take a 10th of a second off 0 to 60 times just because of how fast the car now reacts.
