Mine has always felt a bit “notchy” but it’s not a gate shifter so...
All perfectly normal AFAIC
If you have Rev match turned on, it will “Rev” when you shake the stick in neutral. I’m guessing there’s some kind of relay that tells the motor you’re in between gears and to “match” the revs, maybe your synchros or going?
Makes me think that if my trans starts shifting like butter, I’m going to have a problem?
