Check your air pressure.

Next, switch your front tires left to right, right to left and see if it still does it. If it still pulls to the left. You then have ruled out radial tire pull. If it quits or pulls to the right. Then you know it's in a tire. Do this first because it doesn't cost any money if you switch the tires yourself.

Next step would be an alignment shop.
