I am a millennial, albeit the earlier part of the group, but work my @$$ off and hard to live the life I have. I find some good ones here and there but the pile you have to sift through is massive. I did just get 2 brothers, 21 and 24 or so, that both want to work and are not complete dumb***es. But the rest want to get paid $5000 an hour while staring at their phone for 6 hours a week.

I don't deal with them anymore but when i was building homes the mistakes where outrageous. Point loads outside the roof line, walls sticking up above the roof, bad math.....
