When I worked for AquaTech. We built the water treatment system for the new Saturn car factory. At the shop, we preassembled the whole system. Everything fit perfectly. Disassemble and shipped the system to the site. Another crew located and anchored the 8 tanks. Installed all of the piping but for tank #8. The piping to #8 was 2ft short.
The engineer who was responsible for the lay-out got chit can.
