I'm not an expert but have done a lot of reading on the subject the last few weeks both on this forum and on the WWW. Still learning, but for now I plan to use the Nissan Ester Oil in my 2010 roadster and I am going to try Pennzoil Platinum in my 300 ZX TT (used Pennzoil yellow/dino for almost 20 years and the car is still running great).

Regular changes and good filters may be a bigger driver rather than the brand (of several good oil brands).
