It's a 2004 ES330. The thermostat is kinda deep but easy work getting there. Took about 10 minutes to get 60% of the way there. Need to put the car up on jack stands so I can drain the coolant (have to buy more stands - the Z is Bogarting them right now and I gave my extras away). Once the coolant is drained I can start removing the remaining hoses and get to the housing.

Need to figure out the best route for removing the radiator, but it looks like it's just a few bolts to remove the to bracket so I can slide the radiator and fan shroud up and out. I'll probably wait to do the remaining work until parts show up. New Denso radiator runs <$60 at Rock Auto
