Sounds like you live in the same complex ad me.
I cringe everytime I go over speed bumps no matter how slow I go and how careful I am. And then with the impatient drivers, when you slow down going over a dip, they'll get right on your *** and throw up their arms all pissed off because you're slowing them down. That makes me drive even slower.
