The year is less relevant than the condition and price

The engine, chassis, suspension, transmission didn't change across the years much. very minor differences

and if you're tossing the suspension and alot of the engine for aftermarket, then it really dont matter

You should DEFINITELY not buy a new 370z, its a terrible waste of money especially if you're tearing it down
