So let me ask you guys (err... Rusty lol), how much lube do the bushings actually need? It's used so they're already greased up to some extent. Are there any potential issues other than noise if there isn't sufficient grease? I don't want to damage them if I decide to just ignore it.
Before you install the Hotchkis sway bar. Wrap the area where the bushings go with Teflon tape and smear with grease before putting the bushings in place. Once installed. Pump with grease.
