As for the wheel hop, change up the subframe and diff bushings to either poly or solid, as that is the biggest factor. The grippier the tire, the more hop you will get, so change those bushings out and then go from there. As for the tires, I can't say much about either of them as they are both 100 compounds, but I have 60 compound Pirelli's on my Z and they hook quite well.
