My current car is a 17 M2 and prior car was a 13 sport Z. I prefer smaller cars with 3 pedals, good power and nimble handling.
Going from a 350Z to a Stinger will definitely be an upgrade in comfort, and I'm sure you're going to appreciate how it rides.
Not sure what your budget is or if you're going to buy brand new, used, automatic or stick. My friend ended up paying $46k out the door for his (at least that's what he told me). At that price, a very good, used M2 could be found. If that price is too high, consider a slightly used M240i, probably costs about $10k less. That's if you'd like to keep the car smaller, lighter, nimbler, but just a powerful as a Stinger, with the practicality of 4 seats and a trunk. An added bonus on the Bimmers is a nicer interior and a better ride than the 350.

Just test drove one today, I'm impressed but yeah I'm not a big fan of how big it is. I like smaller cars as well. That's the only thing I didn't like about it. It really sucks ya know? I want a sports car but I don't want a muscle car and every other sports car out there just doesn't have the power I want.
I am buying used (i don't ever buy brand new cars). I am looking at 2016 porsche caymans too. trying to find a decently priced one for ~40-50k. As long as it's under 40k miles.
If I don't find the car i'm looking for i might just go for a 370z. They're super cheap around here so I can have fun with mods for the money I'd save vs buying the other 2 cars.
