There is also these guys, which are in Brea (closer to me), but further from you. They had given me an estimate of about $65 a wheel a few months back. I may try them out when I get my Nismo wheels.

I'm sure if you do a search in your area you'll find someone, I don't know any places that have ability to do both the tire removal and powder coating though.
