It also offers rev-matching. Now your car is never outdated relative to itself, so a 2009 looks just a good as a 2019. This car also offers a true drivers experience, no artificial driver assist stuff going on, just you and the car.

Some might call this car a bit of a retro-mod, old school driving experience, newer and more reliable drive train, great handling, and a solid amount of power, which you can bump up if you are so inclined. Some may say that it lacks a new and improved power train that would give it that extra go. However, with the new engine also come twin turbos if we are looking a what Infiniti is currently using. Is that better? I ask because NA engines, at least the V6 variety are getting a bit rare, and being a bit old school, I prefer an NA engine.

At times I think maybe the Z is past it time and should be discontinued, however, I just can’t sell my self on that. It still offers so much if you are looking for a dependable, drive-able and yes good looking car that you don’t see on every street corner. So do we want to keep the Z if it means we kind of feel like the forgotten stepchild, or hang in there with one of the sweetest cars made today and I know, 10 years ago.

Just my thoughts...

10 years old or not, the Z still looks better than the other 99%. I'm cool with my old Z and would be a repeat offender.
