Last couple days at work suuucked. Thursday, had to go to a site because their internet was down. Turns out the bill wasnt paid. Paid the bill, end of story right?????
Then Friday, same site, Frontier still hadnt provisioned the line. Had them provision, still no internet. Fought with Frontier for 3 hours on the phone, finally drove the 50 miles to the site because Frontier is useless. Turns out the user had SWITCHED the WAN and WLAN patch cables on the firewall. WHY????? I guess they panicked on the first day and just unplugged everything...
