Just looked more closely at your post, and it looks like you did reset. Just to be certain, I've posted the reset instructions below.
Meanwhile, have you checked the switch that the door contacts when it closes? If that switch isn't working, or out of alignment, or if the wire's broken, the auto-down function won't work. It's easy to test just by pressing it with your finder.
Here are the reset instructions:
Turn on the car without starting the engine, roll the window down all the way, then hold the window switch down for about 5 seconds. Roll the window up all the way, let go of the switch then hold the window switch up for about 5 seconds. Youll hear a click. Youll find that the window doesnt respond right after doing this. Itll take about ten seconds before they start working again.
Then do the same for the other window.
