Sweet corn wasnt very good but the steak was amazing. Sous vide bath for 2.75 hrs @ 129F. I preheated cast iron skillet to 500F and then put it on the burner on high. Hit it with about 2.99 Tbsp of butter and then flopped the steak in. Spooned butter over steak for 30 seconds and flipped. 45 seconds more and steak was done.
The dog was begging hardcore but I didnt share **** with him.
