Granted, the Z isn't as crisp and tossable like an original NA or NB Miata, but a stock Z handles pretty darn good on its own.
I do agree with you 110% on one thing though, getting far far away from people and living out in the woods like that. I'd kill for that kind of living!

The responsiveness and adhesion and weighting was great. My sole complaint is how bouncy it was and how it would skitter sideways in corners even at sedate speeds if you went over expansion joints etc. It was unforgivable, imo, to have such a flaw.
