yea, the R35 really is the everyday man's exotic. yea it's out of the reach of a lot of people, but a lot of people that make right around six figures (or even a little less depending on their situation) can afford to have one vs ferrari, lambo, AM and now the LF-A where you've got to have a serious bank roll to buy and maintain the vehicle. but at the same time, people who might normally buy those top end cars can look at the GTR and think "hmm, i could get one of those and mod the hell out of it for the entry fee of 'car X'... plus it's faster out of the box". also, another way to look at it is, how much money would you need to put into a new Z to get into the lower 11's in a 1/4 mile (if that's your thing)? and doing so (it would almost have to be forced induction) would void your warranty, vs the GTR that does that has that level of performance with warranty.
