So then would there be another reason to cause unstable oil pressures aside from the galley gaskets? I'm assuming that the sensors and needle stepper motors are accurate and that the actual pressure is jumping around by whatever amount (about 5 PSI on mine). When I see it bounce I can always calm it down by paying more attention to my pedal usage, so I'm assuming it's an accurate reading. Given it's accurate I would definitely want to see it, vs having the gauge hide it from me.
