Once you get used to the OT. It's hard going back to a 40hr pay check.
When I worked for Elliott. It was feast or famine. 12hr day, 7 days a week or laid off. You would work about 5 months of 12's. Then go back to 40. Felt like you was getting a pay cut.
Seen guys crying for OT, because they couldn't make ends meet on 40 hrs. They got used to the OT, and counted on it being there. Go from $1,800 plus a week to $1,200 a week.
