but, the fact that it was presented to me but when i got back to my desk we walked past my manager and she was confused and asked if i was ok meaning she hasnt even been told means no one else was spoken to lol

Your manager must have seen that brown on your nose when she asked if you was ok. You forgot to wipe it off.
