I’m doing the basic eat all you want just no sugar or starch...
Breakfast is Bacon and eggs, 2 & 2
Lunch is Meat and salad as much as you want
Supper is Meat and vegetables, as much as you want
Drink Grapefruit juice with every meal
Super easy to follow
